Baker is such a sweet and loving boy! We named him Baker because he just loves to "make biscuits!" If you are looking for a velcro/lap kitty, look no further! He'll be happy to nest in your lap and sleep with you at night. He gets along well with other kitties, as long as he is getting his fair share of the attention! He's also a beautiful little tabby boy, with 4 white feet and a white tip on his tail!

Who We Are: We are a not-for-profit, all volunteer organization who is committed to helping cats. All of our expenses are funded by personal and private donations. All of our cats are kept in foster homes - please note, we do not have a shelter facility, so appointments must be made prior to visiting foster homes. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested, wormed, de-fleaed, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary, personal reference checks and a home check during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application - either by email or by mail.

Adoption Donations: Our adoption donations are as follows: adults (over a year of age) $75, seniors (over 9 years of age) $50, kittens $125 . We occasionally have reduced donations - these will be noted on the individual cat's listing. If someone adopts more then one cat from us, we will reduce the adoption donations by $50 to $100 (depending on age of cats/kittens adopted). The adoption donations help defray SOME of the costs associated with rescuing/fostering these kitties.

Rescuties can only continue our vital work within the community with the support of cat lovers like you. Our members put forth heroic efforts on behalf of these wonderful animals. While our local animal care and control agencies do an outstanding job with the resources alloted them, Animal Control officials still call upon us to provide services they simply do not have the time or staff to provide. That is when Animal Control reaches out to Rescuties and we try our best to respond to each call for help-but we need your support to answer those calls. Your donation will provide such things as food, flea medication as well as veterinary care that the animals society has cast aside-with your support we can provide all of these things on a consistent, loving and humane basis. Each animal in our care is available for sponsorship and this is a wonderful way to "take ownership" of an animal that needs your help. We will keep you up to date on your sponsored kitty's progress and we will let you know when he or she has been adopted into a new, loving home. This is perfect for cat lovers who cannot have a cat of their own due to living situations or allergies. Because we respect your privacy, we will list your name as a sponsor of the kitty with your permission only.
